Compact fluorescent bulbs save a lot of energy, but contain mercury, which should be recycled! Thanks to a WA State Department of Ecology grant, Methow Recycles is now recycling compact fluorescent light bulbs (CFLs) at 4 convenient locations: Methow Recycles Okanogan County Electric Coop Winthrop Ace Hardware Methow Valley Community Center

If you are interested in recycling fluorescent tubes, Ecolights has a great system, especially if you have quite a few of them. Please visit their website, www.ecolights.com.
